Delivery
All products are sold exclusively through our online store. We currently do not operate a physical shop.
Delivery times depend on the product and the supplier’s logistics. Estimated delivery times typically range between 5 to 15 business days. These timeframes are approximate and may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, carrier delays, or other external factors.
Revisions / Changes
As we sell physical products online (not custom freelance services or made-to-order digital work), revisions are not applicable.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us through the support channels listed on our website and clearly describe the problem. Please include your order details and, when possible, photos.
Valid order issues include:
- item arrived damaged,
- wrong item received,
- missing items,
- clear manufacturing defect.
Not considered an issue or “revision”:
- change of mind after purchase,
- customer mistakes when selecting size/color/variant,
- delays caused by customs or shipping carriers beyond our control,
- minor visual differences between product images and the received item that do not affect product use.
Pricing
All prices are clearly displayed in the online store and apply at the time of purchase.
If discounts or promotions are available, they will be published directly on the website. Unpublished discounts will not be applied.
Customer Delays or Mid-Process Changes
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before checkout, including shipping address, selected variant (size/color), and contact details.
If incorrect details are provided, or if changes are requested after the order has been processed, delivery times may be affected. In some cases, changes may not be possible and additional costs may apply.
